My review of this company does not even deserve 1 star. We hired TVE to put in a Egres window and replace 3 basement windows. We put a $5,000.00 deposit down and they came and put in the 3 replacement windows and dug the whole for the Egres window. Their contractor that was supposed to cut the foundation that they hired showed up one day and said they could not do it. We called Kelly E*******, one the the owner?s to Clear this situation up and he said they could not find anyone to finish the concrete work. 3 weeks went by after numerous phone calls and no return calls from them. The pile of dirt that was dug by TVE sat and destroyed my lawn and 4 weeks later, they finally filled the hole but my yard is destroyed because they left the dirt sit on it too long. The 3 replacement windows were billed at $3000.00 and We have called 5 times over the last month and never got a return call from Kelly, We are asking for the remaining $2,000.00 deposit back and need to get Our lawn fixed because

Called to see about getting a door the rep showed up 3 hrs early. Then had attitude from the get-go because we didn?t have $million dollar house when I said I was not going to pay $6000 for a front door he said that he knew that as soon as he walked up well first off, we can?t afford to pay the 6000 that way when you don?t have to and we?re in the middle of a remodel, so yes, everything does not look the greatest but for him to make that comment was very unprofessional

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. All the Google reviews may look OK, but check out Yelp reviews, and you'll see quite the opposite. Because of a leaking roof installed by one of TVE's subcontractors, I'm $30,000 out of my own pocket to pay for mold remediation, demo, and reconstruction. The company owner has refused to accept responsibility for the shoddy work, even though structural engineers and insurance inspectors have affirmed that the leaking roof is to blame for the damage. He agreed to help pay for some of the damage, then stiffed me. Strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

Complete failure to complete and professionally replace my front door, over a period of 8 MONTHS. I have now hired a ********* to correct and finish the job, and will use the balance "owed" to Treasure Valley Exteriors to pay the *********. In July 2023, I signed a $4707.89 quote for the new door, paying them a 50% deposit of $2300. Balance due was $2407.89, minus $1000 discount you said in September that would apply for your s**** **** That remaining balance of $1407.89 is going towards my hiring a ********* to fix it all. I will not pay TVE another cent.Over the next month, THREE different men came by to re-measure, look over the job. On Sept. 18th, they came to install the door, but when they got here, they said they didnt have the right tools, and left. They came back on Sept. 25th with the door, ripped off the trim and removed my door, then 10 minutes later said the door they ordered is the wrong size. ?? I told them theyre not leaving until theyve somehow fixed my old door so I can lock it when I leave town, which they do by pounding on it, wrecking it even more, but got it to lock. This did make it so drafty that I was putting a sheet over the door all winter, and Im not joking. In the meantime, they promised to re-order the right size. Jan 22, 2024, they finally get the right size door in, and after installing it, discover that they have the wrong size brick molding, so there is a huge exterior gap all around the door. Interior molding also left a big gap around the door on the inside, sticky caulking, nail head sticking up, etc. And there is no installed chrome peep hole, as specified in the contract. So they said theyd order the right brick molding, and send the peep hole guy. I'll add that they used the new handleset I had on my old door, and it doesn't lock smoothly, as I believe the strike plate is slightly off, and there is no faceplate (said they didn't have one that fits). This was 9 weeks ago. I've called twice, with no resolution.

Estimate was reasonable they were early and did a great job will use them on future projects

It was an easy experience, Schonie did all the paperwork and helped talk to the adjustor. I now have a new roof and its working great.

Treasure Valley Exteriors was an amazing and fair company to work with. Schonie Lee was my Project Manager and I was truly impressed with the time she took answering my many questions and dealing with my insurance company, the adjustor, and all the hassle of replacing my roof via insurance. I'll admit I was a little skeptical at first, it all sounded to good to be true! However, my roof was replaced, and at a total cost to me of $500.00!! Thank you Treasure Valley Exteriors and thank you Schonie Lee, my roof looks fantastic!

I am not sure where this project stands and when/if they intend to finish. We gave them a deposit at the end of February and asked for a time frame. They never gave us one, but finally contacted me near the end of March and installed the windows. One had the wrong style of glass, and another was scratched. The next day they called and wanted full payment. Michele said it was the manufacturers responsibility and they expected that we at least pay more money for the install effort. I got angry, and she sent me to Kristins voicemail, who answered that she did not understand why I was upset. We agreed I would pay for the install work. I again asked for a time estimate, as they were going to order new windows. That was March 24. Last Tuesday I emailed the saleswoman to find out what the status was. She said someone would reach out to me that day. I still have not heard from anyone. It was only a 4 window job, so maybe it isn't that important. We really regret this hire. June 9 update. On May 7 we received a call and message that replacements were arriving on May 22. Have not heard anything since then and we are thinking all these 5-star reviews are fake.

Hired before and will hire again. The professionalism is wonderful.

They responded promptly to our request for estimate, showed up early to do the estimate, Chris was polite, respectful, very professional. Michele in the office was very nice and friendly. She made sure she had all the info she needed and was prompt in getting back to us. They were very busy so had to schedule the painting two weeks out, which was fine. We were trying to get our house painted before cold weather set in and they had to reschedule a day later than originally scheduled. We were told it would take 3 days to do the job. But the crew got it done in two days! So all in all, everything went well and they did a great job. The crew were very efficient and respectful. Cleaned everything up afterward. We are very happy with how it turned out.

OMG! This service is awesome. The sales agent was awesome. The guys that did the installation did an awesome job. I will definitely look to them for future projects.

They exceeded my expectations and their customer service is beyond amazing. The lady in the office is one of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to work with.

Only took them a couple hours to complete, great company.

They were timely and the customer service was great. When they finished they cleaned up the yard. They removed the old roof down to the wood and replaced roof and added a gutter to the front of house.

Michael who came to estimate the installation and check out the job to be done was extremely professional and pleasant as was the installer. Excellent job ad cleaned up very well.

The only problem we encountered was his inability to be prompt. He does/did excellent work, however and this certainly was our main objective.

I especially appreciated how well they cleaned up and paid attention to not ruining my flowers. Thank you

First install was very good and clean. There was a broken window on arrival, one had been incorrectly measured and the French door we ordered was the wrong hinge style. Once those three items came in the second install was fast but not as clean as the first. The windows still had their stickers or sticker residue on them and weren't cleaned like the first time. The French door was also installed in a way that required you to slam the door or pull on it very hard to get it to latch. I fixed that by moving the latch plate out a 1/4 inch. Just little things on the second install. Overall the windows were great and the door is fairly good quality.
