We were very impressed with the initial conversation and consultation. Gary was prompt, friendly, asked great questions in regards to what we wanted, and provided a drawing within 24 hours. We mad ea few changes, picked the color/finish, and were scheduled forinstall four weeks later. My ONLY issue was that we scheduled fours weeks out and when that date came, never heard form them and they didn't show up. When i reached out, they got back to me immediately, apologized, and came a couple of days later. Install was great and not issues since. We couldn't be happier with the end result and everyone who has seen it agrees. My only wish is that they had communicated the delay proactively.

We met with Jay at Treasure Valley Closets - the displays were awesome and they had many to pick from, plus they could adapt a plan to meet your design preferences. The end result was wonderful - a beautiful wall unit that fits into our room; looks like it's built in. Everybody who comes to our home comments on it.
