Tiptop Cleanings

Amy came to evaluate my space. She was very professional and yet personable too. I was very impressed. I had won a $250 cleaning certificate from them at a company Christmas party. But for $250 she told me I I would not be able to have my 3400 square foot house cleaned but rather just my downstairs (about 1900 square feet). Amy asked what was expected and I told her I would like surfaces to be cleaned, including the wood floor., baseboards. I was excited to indulge and expected to come home to a sparkling downstairs. I was really disappointed and I don’t ever write poor reviews. But for the “top” service in the valley, they don’t come close. The counter in my children’s’ playroom was not even wiped!! Before the arrived, I had noticed some drips on the floor that could be easily removed with a wipe. They were there when I returned! I don’t think they mopped the floor even though I had left my steamer ready to go for them. I think they just spot cleaned the floor. I had removed the contents of my children’s’ cubbies so they could be wiped down...but even that wasn’t done. I’m so confused! Perhaps if you are a regular customer, they would go a better job. I am just in shock. I did tip them so that is the only money I really lost. But I would NEVER hire them and spend $250 to clean a potion of my house!!
