Still had spiders and never saw decline. actually the spider problem got worse when they started coming out. now that they are gone the Spiders are even worse. I have never seen anything like this.

In their agreement they were suppose to spray for spiders and other bugs, knock down spider webs and keep on the look out for other issues.


the only thing they did I know down spider webs the first visit. there were still spider webs up after they left. they came and sprayed a couple times but I never saw a decline.

They never gave me my full money back. they didn't honor their guarantee! they also charged my account without permission.

The one plus, besides keeping the bugs away, is the local Terminix technicians.  The techs have always been reliable and very helpful.  The downside is that Terminix, the Corporation, and NOT the regional office in Meridian, is the main contact.  If you have an issue with their yearly cost increases (a very big issue with this long standing customer), or a question regarding the bill, the local office can no longer assist.   Some years ago I actually drove to the local office to solve an issue...

It didn't work.  They said there was no guarantee on the work.  I didn't care for them.  We had to leave for the day because the poison was toxic, which was inconvenient.  I would not recommend them.

It was fine.  They come once a year.  I haven't had any trouble with termites since they started coming 14 years ago.  They are helpful.

He did an inspection and said that we didn't have any and not to worry about it. It didn't cost anything. The fellow was very professional and he did a good job. He put my mind at ease. He looked downstairs and all over the place. He gave us a clean bill of health.

They are outright liars. They actually lied and said that they came out and did it; I had ways of knowing that they didn’t. So once they lied to me, I didn’t trust them. They treated my issue lots of days ago. They had one guy that came out, and he was pretty good, and I didn’t face a problem. From then on, they just came here with a can and sprayed. I just really felt like they were charging a lot for what I could do in ten minutes. I found them to quite harassing about sales. Their price is probably average. I would never use them again in the future.

I have a service contract and they come quarterly. If I have a problem at any time I can call them and they will come out for free. I will continue to use them in the future.

They were great. We had no problems with them. When we first moved into our new house because all of the dirt had been disturbed, we had ants coming from everywhere and they took care of it. Their price was pretty competitive with others as we had checked with others. They guys that came out were very professional both the times as we had them twice. They set up the appointment through email and called me before coming out. It’s easy to get them switched and they show up when they say they were going to. They are big company and they help in scheduling. They are fine.
