Jeff Stewart did a great job helping us find our new home. We relocated to Meridian from out of state and found Jeff’s profile online. We were impressed by his experience in the Meridian real estate market. After sending him a note, Jeff reached out and scheduled a call with us and spent the time to get to know us and in particular what our housing needs were. The morning we actually met with Jeff and started looking at homes, it wasn’t long before we found our house. However, we quickly discovered that there was already a full price offer on the home. Jeff reached out multiple times to the listing agent to discover what we could do to tip the scales in our favor in a competitive bidding situation. We were very happy later that same day to learn our offer had been accepted. Jeff continued to work hard all the way through the process. Like others have mentioned, I felt not only did we find a great house but through the process Jeff became a friend. It was a great experience to work with Jeff. He truly knows what he does!!! It was our first house, and he guided us and took us by the hand while letting us express our desires for our future house. We were in Europe when Jeff took care of everything, and when we came back, we had the keys :). It couldnt be easier. Jeff was such a great realtor! He was never pushy and helped point out both good AND bad things about houses. We were first time home buyers and he brought up many things we didn't think about. You can tell he knows his stuff! He also knows a ton about home repair and gardening and offered plenty of advice. He was more than willing to work with our crazy schedules. I would recommend him to anyone and definitely will use him in the future.

We were fortunate to work with Stewart Realty during our recent move to Idaho. Jeff Stewart guided us through the whole process of finding just the right area and the perfect new house. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the important topics relative to real estate concerns which was key to our decision-making process. Plus, he is quite informative regarding items of interest for newcomers to the state. Jeff was aware of time constraints during our brief house-hunting visits and dedicated as much of his time as we needed to show us all of the available options for consideration. He acted on our behalf with the seller's agent, the builder, and the inspector while we were out-of-state preparing to move. We highly recommend Jeff Stewart of Stewart Realty for all real estate needs. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. Jeff and his office manager, Sheri, helped us find our home in Star. Jeff worked closely with us as we refined our search for just the right home for our needs. He was great at asking clarifying questions and letting us know right away when a house went on the market that he thought we would like. Since we didn’t live close enough to visit all the homes, he even went to check on some of them and would let us know what he thought we might like and not like about each. Jeff really knows his way around all of the cities and towns in southwest Idaho. He drove us to each listing, describing the features of all the towns and really helped us narrow our focus. Jeff also knows so many people and service companies. He has terrific recommendations, even for great restaurants that he knew we’d like! We can’t thank Jeff enough for all of his help and his patience as we searched for just the right home.

They far exceed their goals of providing the best possible service, demonstrating flawless integrity and assuring that you get the results you desire. To that end, they make it their mission to meet your needs by asking pertinent questions, taking the time to listen well, and doing everything they can to make the process run smoothly. They provide a timeline of what to expect as you interact with the mortgage company, the escrow company and the home inspector, and gladly attend related meetings to support you. Everything went so smoothly. Jeff was always there to answer our questions and always did what he said he was going to do. He also had some great contacts to help get our house ready to sell. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to sell their house. Selling our house life got pretty crazy but Jeff kept everything moving forward and much easier.
