Great! Very professional, courteous employee. He explained exactly how the cleaning was to be performed and did a very nice job.

They were great.  I would give them "A's" except the pricing.  It was a little more pricey than I thought it would be. I would give them a "B" on that.  I might use them again.  I would look on Angie's List first and if none of the other ones looked any better, than I would use them again.

When I first started with them, it was like $75 for the main area. It has almost doubled, but they also now offer scratch guarding. I just assume that prices go up, it's just how it is. I don't want to spend all the money on cleaning the carpets myself. They always send nice gentleman out. They're always very nice and polite. They tell me what they're going to be doing before they do it and they give me the option of whether or not I want them to do extra things or whatever. So, they've always been very nice. When they say they're going to be here, they're here. I like that their workers are always friendly and that they tell me step by step what they're going to do and how they're going to do it. They put little things under the legs of the seats and chairs. They keep things off the floor, which is nice.

We would use them again.

I have been using Stanley Steemer for 20 years. I started using them when I purchased my first home in South Carolina. I have never been disappointed. In fact, they have gotten spots out that I didn't think would come out. I've used other companies in between, but always come back to Stanley Steemer. They keep getting better, in fact. I love the new online scheduling. It took me 2 minutes to schedule and everything went smoothly from there. They arrived promptly on time. Staff is friendly and accomodating. This company nails it on so many levels! A++

The carpets were cleaned and reeked of dog - worse than before they were cleaned. They came out again and cleaned them again for free, but still the smell lingered. The service men complained and gossiped about our neighbors, tried to hard sell us on a new door mat. The cost of the service was expensive and we were very unsatisfied with the result.

They were here right on time.  The truck stopped working soon after they arrived, so we had to wait for a different truck.  They were friendly, profesional.  Because of the delay, they gave us a bottle of spot cleaner.  The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and the carpets all look good.  The carpets dried well, weren't overwet and they did not try to upsell.  They explained everything in detail.  The price we were quoted was the price we paid.

I wasn’t impressed with them.  They charged me for every single spot and the bill was ridiculous.  Every spot they treated came back within about three weeks.  The rug was incredibly wet.  It was soaked when I got here and they did it about four days before I got here and my son came over and opened windows.  There were puddles on floors that weren’t carpeted.

The carpet cleaner did a very good job. He is very professional and very thorough. He is very knowledgeable. He even gave me information on carpet maintenance that I was not aware. But I find their price expensive. I was a little disappointed when I noticed some portions of the carpet were still damp. Probably, I would use another service provider.

We had just added on to our house and everything needed a good cleaning. They did everything perfectly. I will call them again in 6 months!
