Please don't hire this guy or any of his shell companies. Mr. Ferris said, the gutters would be cleaned when they finished, they were not, even after calling him back 3 times. He said he had workmens' compensation insurance, he does on himself but none of his and quot;subsand quot; have anything. Work done in a professional manner, HA! the tear off crew couldn't or wouldn't carry the shingles around to where the dumpster was. Luckily I have a skid steer loader and was able to move the dumpster close enough to the south side of the house. The shinglers would show up for about three hours and leave. They would bring their dogs, crappy pick up trucks would leak oil all over, what a mess. Today, the first rain of the year I have a leak in my son's bedroom and in my dining room. This guy is a rolling disaster, you would be better off with a storm chaser, at least they might know how to install a roof.
