I can not recommend this company enough. Not only were they priced right they were very professional. I received multiple quotes from multiple companies. Never again. My forever call with plumbing needs will be to Luke and his team. They did an amazing job and provided an amazing product. I thought calling the big box store to get a new water heater would be the way to go but they gave me the run around trying to upcharge left and right. Luke gave me an honest quote and stuck to it. Luke and his team are awesome. As we progressed through our remodel Luke and his team were at our place a number of times. Because of this process I was able to watch Luke work on a number of occasions. His work is beautiful (literally). I seldom meet a craftsman that gives as much care and attention to his work as does Luke. I heartily and confidently recommend Luke and his team to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I am SO HAPPY I hired Luke Karel of Quality Service Plumbing! Recently, the opportunity to install a utility sink in my garage almost didn't happen because I have had such terrible plumbers in the past. I didn't think there was a plumber out there that would be professional and do a quality job. I decided to put out a request through Home Advisor and see what would happen. Quality Service was the first to call. It was easy to set up a time that worked with my schedule and when Luke came out to give me a bid, he even took the time to actually go down in the crawl space and really get an idea of what would be involved. He listened carefully to what I wanted done and was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. No one else went into the crawl space or took that time and care. When Luke came to actually do the work, he was on time, didn't waste time, was considerate of being in my house and even where he parked, was clean, and did a beautiful job. His character and workmanship are both high quality. Yes, there is a great plumber out there. You will not be disappointed!

Luke has done great work on my personal residence as well as my clients that I have referred to him. From water filtering to re/installation of fixtures to clearing clogged drains. We have all been pleased with the quality of work, good communication, timeliness, and reasonable pricing. I will continue to hire him for my work as well as refer to my clients.
