Called Polar on Monday 8/17/20 they came right out and looked things over and put in a new unit on Tuesday 8/18/29. Dan and the installers were very professional and went right to work in our very hot garage. They arrived here a 8:00 a:m and were done by 1:00 p:m. Our home is cool and cozy again. Thank you so much Polar Air, we will recommend you highly. The installers were just great!!

Took one half hour. Cost 200.00 plus 79.00 service call! Sounds like double dipping. Didn't check vents as told him do. Had to talk him in caulking around unit.

The crew showed up on time and had the job completed in 6 hrs. This work was done on Dec 10, 2018 and the temp was around 34. No complaints from them at all they dug in and did an amazing job. Bryant furnace and air conditioner. We highly recommend Polar Heating and Air.

The guys actually down-sold me on the project. I had initially discussed creating a separate zone for that space that would have cost several thousand dollars. Charlie felt like we could accomplish the same goal by adding another vent to the room instead of zoning it, so that’s what we did. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond.

Technician arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a short time. I will use them for all my A/C Heater needs in the future.

The office staff were extremely polite and professional on the phone, and they called to let me know the technician was on the way. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He advised me as to the life left on the furnace filter and also advised me about a known issue with the blower on my brand of furnace.

I used their coupon for $59.00 they had mailed out. Tech was punctual, professional and polite. He recommended replacing a weak capacitor to avoid a future breakdown. Work was done prompt and billed as promised. I will use them again.

Very pleased with experience from initial phone call requesting service to writing the final check. Polar provided prompt, professional service including recommendations for proposed work. We will have Polar replace the second A/C unit at an undetermined point in the future. Charlie and crew did a well-coordinated job. They were friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. They taught me about some of the features of our heating and cooling system. It was very helpful since we had only owned the home for 11 months.

They clean out the H/Vac and check the furnace. I like them quite a bit. Their price was competitive.

Beatrice for the best equipment workers were always on time if not early and very professional. Great company to work with.

They were on time, professional and reasonably priced. They provided all information needed to operate the new unit. They left the work area clean.

I paid a different company over $ 1100. 00 to repair old AC unit over a period at six weeks. They did not repair it correctly. Two different companies advised me to replace the old one versus spending more money on old one.
