I was referred by a friend who has worked with this company and spoke highly of them.
Darren was out to do an estimate on replacing our living room/dining room/kitchen floors within a day. The estimate was more than $1000 less than the one by the Big Box store. They gave me a total price, based upon what wood I chose, not a breakdown by each little niggling detail, which I really liked. Darren and Paul were willing to educate me and make suggestions, which I appreciated - having never done this before.
Zahid and Senad did the installation - and were available within a week. They were always on time, professional, clean and tidy. They had the advantage of working in an empty house, as we haven't moved in yet.
The wood was delivered on time to the house to acclimate. The guys were there early Monday morning to do the installation, which took two days. The finish coats were done the next week. The craftsmanship on the edges and corners and vent surrounds was excellent. The floor is smooth and even and gorgeous - makes the paint and trim look shabby...
I'm saving my pennies to have them come back and do the paint and put in new baseboards and window trim... (Senad's specialty.) And then maybe we'll talk about countertops???
