New Castle Installs

From the sales guy, Ryan to the customer service, to the install, everyone was terrific. My home is gorgeous with the new roof and gutters. And it only took 3 days!

My dealings with New Castle was great! The salesman was friendly, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He gave me a honest and fair price from the start. Customer Service was outstanding and immediately addressed any concerns. The installers were professional and had good work ethics and did a great job. I was very satisfied with the work done! I have already received compliments from neighbors and I definitely would recommend this company for your roof!

Our project was scheduled to start in July, but they said it could be as late as August. It is now December and we have decided to cancel after many delays. Additionally, we were told when we received the quote that they would be putting the new siding over the old siding. Although this is not great business practice, we agreed. Within 10 minutes of the install team arriving (note: install team was just scoping the project and not scheduled to start), we were told that the project could not continue as planned and that they would need to rip the old siding off first. They told us it would be an extra $10k to do this. When we asked to cancel, we were told that we were contractually obligated to continue and were threatened with liens placed on our house. Absolutely do not use this company. Very poor business practices.

It hasn't gone at all. They were paid over $1500 deposit and were supposed to start over two weeks ago and they have not responded or completed the work. It's very unprofessional especially as we were promised on multiple occasions that the work would start possibly before the start date but definitely on time. Requesting a full refund.

I thought it went very well. I found the person to be truthful as I knew some of the issues that "should have been found". Provided different options for replacement of the roofing material. I like the newer technology and the better materials. I was given a reasonable discount. I knew other roofing contractors and decided to go with New Castle Installs! Scheduling of the work was completed, and will be done sooner than I expected! I will let Angi's know how all went when the work has been completed!

Their salesperson, Schuyler Diamond, gave us a thorough inspection and report of the condition of our roof. He not only spent at least 30 minutes on top of our roof taking pictures but also spent at least 45 minutes crawling through our attic area to inspect the condition of the interior roof materials. His efforts gave us confidence of an accurate assessment of the condition of our roof. He then provided a very professional presentation of their roofing products and purchase options. We feel very confident we will receive a top grade product with excellent installation and follow up service if needed. Bob and Bunny Boise, Idaho

I will update when the work is done, but so far, I am so happy. They made sure I could afford what I needed, which was to replace my entire roof, as it is 24 years old! The work is scheduled, but has not been completed; but I am sure everything will be wonderful, as I have been working with Schuyler who has worked tirelessly to make sure I am not destitute at the end of the install! As a single mom of a child with disabilities, affordability, and a good solid home are both so important! Schuyler and New Castle Installs made it happen. Thank you!!

Cliff Robinson is most excellent! What I thought was going to be a simple patio roof repair turned out to be a whole new roof! Cliff was very thorough and went into the attic to evaluate my roof and discovered cracked tresses and evidence of water leakage. And a poor exterior installation from a few years ago. Disheartening as I felt about this news, his photos revealed the damage. I was very roof naïve when I thought I had the front half of the roof repaired a few years ago, never crossed my mind that the "innards" should be inspected as well. Cliff spent a good 4 hours inspecting and explaining what is to be expected from New Castle. The damage was so bad that he even put a tarp on the roof until the installation/repair could be done. He even put my job on first priority giving the severity of the roof. Thank you so much! I know now that I am getting high quality materials and installation. Highly recommend!

Best quality out there and customer service is amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality and ethical company. Always on time and extremely efficient, not the cheapest but the absolute best quality for the lowest price. They have integrity at all cost.

My house was originally built in the 70's and has not seen a lot of love from previous owners. I called New Castle and was able to schedule an appointment with Ben and Goeff for after hours! The came at a time that worked for me and went over all the issues and options to fix them! After some issue with financing through the bank Ben came through and was able to get me the financing I needed. I now have my projects (roof, siding, windows and gutters) scheduled and I'm very satisfied with the whole process so far!

Cliff Robinson and Geoff Buckendorf. These two men were courteous and eager to help. I am Impressed with their willingness to fix an immediate problem the same evening. I hope to do more business with this company in the future. I will be more than happy to provide an evaluation once the roofing job is completed.

Having a roof replaced was a messy job. They made sure once they were done that everything was cleaned to my satisfaction.

Geoff Buckendorf who works for New Castle Installs did a great job coming out and doing a detailed inspection of my roof. He found several holes in my roof and came out that same night to tarp my roof and then within 3 days started the roof project. I highly recommend New Castle Installs to anyone who needs exterior remodeling done

Awesome job! The windows are beautiful. The install was completed in one day. I am so pleased! The Windows are so energy efficient now that I actually had to turn my heat down in my house because it got to hot inside. I love saving money!

I have been in the construction business my whole life and I have never had a company like new castle handle everything so smooth. New Castle has the best roofing system in America. They are not the cheapest, but the pride they take in there work is truly the most important.
