It's been five years since the deck was installed and I've had nothing but problems with this deck. Repeatedly, boards have popped out and cracked. Dennis has come out a few times in the past five years to screw down more boards but they always pop back up. I spoke with Fibron and sent them pictures of my deck to find out why this keeps happening. I was told that Dennis did not use the right fasteners and mounts on the deck and that he did not place the screws close enough together which was causing the boards to come loose. I have been trying to reach Dennis for the past 12 weeks but he will not come out to fix my deck.
