Initially it went well, but attention to detail was lacking. The did not use the right screws when installing braces, they left staples lying in the field, they used screws when they were given brackets which tore the vinyl fence. They left the ends uneven. They did come back and try to complete it right, but even on the last attempt, things were not done correctly, but they did write off the final bill.

It went extremely well. We had 65 feet of fencing replaced. They provided steel fence posts in place of wood for no additional cost. They kept every time commitment and their quality of product and workmanship could not have been better. We would recommend Meridian Fence in a heartbeat!

We thought we were getting a professional fence company. After the job was done (and paid) we were made aware that they did not put the fence on the property line. When we called the owner about it he said that they did that on purpose and that we should've known that's how they were going to do it. What?? It would have been nice if they told us this ahead of time. In addition, the owner called us liars and was downright rude to us on the phone. This is no way to treat a customer.

After 2 months we are still trying to get things corrected. Salesman was great - workers and job bad. Had to have them redo one gate - first time they forgot to allow for it and then had to have them redo because the wind would blow it open.Another gate installed wrong size first time, and we are now on the 3rd service call to get it to open. They are now going to have to replace the sides of the gate because they have drilled so many holes trying to get a gate hung properly. Wire installation is a joke - uneven, left sharp metal poking out - slapped it up however. Did not use the same amount of connectors, and when they went back to redo they just screwed on more, some posts have 2 holding up the fence and others have as many as ten. Looks terrible. Again this is the 3rd time they will be out to correct. Their work is far from acceptable. Have looked at other fences in our area and non have the issues I have.

The evening of the installation, my renter called me saying I'd better come and look. On the south fence line, the boards were not even along the ground line, but were installed on top of materials laying nearby! They didn't bother to move some boards out of the way but rested the new fence boards on top of the junk so that the bottom line of fencing was in a zig zag pattern. I also have recently discovered that where the fence was hidden by the deck, they left a huge gap at the bottom so now animals or whatever can slide under the fence and go underneath the deck. On the north side, there was also a huge gap at the bottom, so that pets next door could get into our yard. They left a gate lying on the ground and didn't install new fence in that section or ask what to do. That section was left undone when I expected it would also be fenced. I called the business several times, and the owner said he doesn't get involved in complaints, so I had to talk with the same supervisor. I told him what had happened and he said he'd make it right. Affter my complaint, the installers came back to fix the mess. They ended up moving the four or five boards from under the fence on the south side and replacing the boards so they are closer to even now. They said they would replace the gate, but after their fix it doesn't work still. They put horizontal two-foot wide boards along the bottom of the fence to fill in the gaps, so now it looks like some teenager put up the fence. They told me a tree stump was in the way, but they didn't call me to tell me that there was a problem or to talk about possible solutions. The fence was installed at least a foot above the surface of the ground.
