MAID TO CLEAN

at first she was on time and efficient but ays time went on she got lax with the cleaning and would call at the last minute and

would want to come on a different day, I finally told her I couldn't use her anymore.

Their were two ladies who got here around 8 am and worked until 11 am. When they arrived I told them there would be one less bedroom and bathroom to clean, making it a total of: two bedrooms, one master with bath one guest room with 3/4 bath. One great room With half bath off side, one kitchen with attached breakfast nook. One laundry room and one mud room approx 1500 sq ft.. The house looked clean when they left. The floors nice. I went to get something from the kitchen counter and found that it still had coffee grounds from early am!! Obviously nothing was moved! So next I moved into the master bathroom to find the same scenario, nothing was Moved. Strictly superficial cleaning. My problem was that when I interviewed this company, Mary told me how thorough of a job these ladies would do, and I trusted her. Very disappointed to say the least. I thought by giving them a less workload that more would be accomplished, especially on the first visit.

This is the best Housecleaning company I have ever used...and I have used quite a few, including more than one company in the Treasure Valley. The owners are extremely accommodating and very professional. The staff is punctual, polite, pleasant, and honest. They are also very efficient. The company has a unique system whereby they do "in-depth" cleaning in one area of the home each time they visit, so that overall one's home stays very clean. They charge significantly less that the previous company I had, the owner of which was very difficult to work with.
I definitely recommend Maid to Clean!

Overall, the experience has been good. I have a regular time that they show up, and they're on time. They do a decent job and I have no complaints. I've used alot of different cleaning companeis over the years and this has been my favorite.

Outstanding housecleaning service--pleasant staff who are responsive to the customer's needs and who do not "get in the way". Very willing to work with you and accommodate your specific situation.
