Their entire staff is personable, efficient, and professional. From the in-person review to the return of our completed filing took only a week. Can't ask for much better than that during the busy tax season. We would definitely recommend them.

They are okay. They charged me $350 some odd dollars. That is why I do not use them anymore. They were very good, but for that kind of money, they should have been very good. They did a really good job. I would use them again if I had a complicated tax thing. I recommended them to other people that have a complex tax structure issues.

This is the second tax year we have used LeBeau and Associates CPA. The quality of their service provides an excellent value. Our return is fairly complicated. and we would never go to one of the Nation Wide companies. Several years ago we went to a heavily advertised company with a simple question as to how to report my Canadian wife's pension. They were absolutely stumped by a fairly simple problem. The next year's taxes were more complicated and we chose LeBeau and Associates based on Angie's List reviews. We were extremely happy with results for that year and the present year and plan to retain our relationship with LeBeau and Associates for as long as we live. Using a CPA reduces the chance of an audit. The IRS knows no one is going to throw away their career by knowingly providing incorrect information to the IRS. And having the backing of a professional should your be audited is a great advantage. Their support staff is helpful, efficient and very professional.

This experience was exceptional. The difference between using a tax service and having a professional CPA prepare one's tax return is like night and day. The cost was very reasonable given the complexity of our situation. Dan was both patient and incredibly good at explaining the tax rules that apply to our situation. There is no substitute for using a professional when your tax situation is complicated. We actually look forward to working with Dan next year.

Well I don't believe that they made any errors, but they certainly didn't maximize my return, and it was expensive, and they didn't return my call inquiring about adding a few exemptions not included in the initial consultation. I definitely won't be going back next year.

By exemptions I am assuming you are meaning deductions, as exemptions would be certain dependents that you could claim on your return. LeBeau & Associates are superb, as far as I'm concerned. Taxes have been done by them for about 7 years. Dan can do taxes for a number of states, which is extremely convenient.

Dan LeBeau has a good understanding of tax law of people living outside of the United States. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had the expertise that a lot of other tax preparation people did not. He is very personable.
