I love my new water treatment systems!! The softened water has made such an awesome improvement for my skin and hair conditions! No more dryness and itching!! And my drinking water tastes so good that I drink water instead of juices or sodas! My water guy, Tim McKay, was also very polite and professional !!! Everything was worth every penny!!!!! ð ð

I had a kinetico water softener and under the sink filter installed 10/2010. Since then I install under the sink filters about 2 times a year. I use less of all household detergents, my family skin is vibrant, my house plants and freshwater aquarium thrive, and I get compliments all the time about how the water and ice taste from visitors. It has been almost a decade and I am still convinced this was the best investment for my home and family health that I have made. The service I receive when purchasing filters and if I have questions is wonderful, Steve always remembers me and the rest of the staff deliver with a friendly reliability I value. I will be building a new home and have budgeted for a system so I can bless the family with the dependable system in my current home. Thank you Kinetico, and Mike!

We had a Kinetico filter system for our well that was great for 7.5 years and then needed service. Kinetico of SW Idaho did the service, but there were problems afterwards. Through a long, frustrating series of service calls (at no charge), the problems persisted. Finally, Rick of Kinetico (equally frustrated) made the decision to replace the entire system with a new one at no charge. Understand that the warranty had run out at 7 years and the only obligation they had was for their servicing of the system. Imagine taking your car, out of warranty, in for service, their failing to be able to repair it, and just giving you a new car no charge! Kinetico makes an excellent product and Kinetico of SW Idaho stands behind their service far and above what one would reasonably expect. I cannot recommend them more highly for your water filter needs!!
