terrble! Bought a Groupon and they never fullfilled the job. Set up an appointment and the person never showed up. Called to re-schedule & find out what happened, no answer. I called over 10 times in a span of 2 weeks, NEVER got ahold of anyone. Let messages & never got called back.

This was a second, follow up visit. Provider promised to call when it was time for an update and he did.  He also guarantees work between scheduled visits if any bugs show up.

We have been using Advantix Pest Control since we moved to the Boise area about 8 years ago. Initially they did a good job, but over the last year their service effectiveness and customer service has gone way downhill. So we have been looking for a company that could replace them and I happen to find Integrity Pest Control on Amazon Local dealsite. The price ($55.00) was right and the reviews were good (killmybugs.net) so I called and made arrangements to have them come and spray for us. Wayne (owner) arrived on time and listened to our concerns around bug control and got to work. He looked in places and uncovered nasty bugs (black widow) that had gone undetected and untreated for by Advantix after they had supposedly sprayed for 3 times since March. This guy was so thorough and knowledgeable, a huge difference from our previous bug company. Our inside ant problem has since gone away(the very next day) and we have only seen a couple of spiders outside since. We have found our new bug company!
