It went very well. Aaron was extremely thorough and showed me what the problems were and their remedies with costs. We agreed on a preliminary course of action and repairs which he finished very quickly. He was great to work with! I now have an appointment to look at my whole system to decide next steps. The dispatch was excellent too. I explained I had a vet appointment and she helped work around it. Overall, a very good experience.

Our ac wasn’t fully functioning right so they sent people out and took care of us immediately! They were very professional, would recommend them to anyone having issues!

The installation went very smoothly in a timely fashion, so we had heat that evening on a cold day. I really appreciated Bryan's expertise on redesigning the duct work, which 3 other HVAC companies did not offer, to improve the heating of 3 chronically cool rooms. Mike, the lead tech, is outstanding in his knowledge and patience dealing with the installation and the customer. Excellent job. I would highly recommend Idaho heating and air for any HVAC work. Very well.Serviceman was prompt,courteous,and listened to my problem. He knew immediately what the problem was and was able to fix it right then. I would definitely use them for any further issues with my HVAC system.
