Will definitely use them moving forward. They saved my seller's thousands of dollars based on another bid we received.

I have an older home with many feet of retaining wall installed in the late '70s. The wall has received some maintenance over the years and now it is in need of more work. I contacted Foundations First via their website. They were very responsive and came out within a few days to review and bid my project. The maintenance work on the wall is more than I wanted to undertake in a single year. The Foundations First guys were more than helpful and easy to work with as we made a plan to break the work up into manageable yearly pieces. The crew came out on the appointed day and time and completed that section of work in 1 day as agreed. Several cracks were filled and carbon fiber ties were installed as needed. When the repair work was completed a smooth cement coat was put on the wall and it looks very good. I believe the work was very well done and I think the repair will last for many years. It is my intention to have Foundations First back next spring to do more work on other areas of my retaining wall.
