Purchased about 14 cellular shades (top down, bottom up) from Budget Blinds about 9 years ago. Found shades to be of high quality. Had only one (1) problem with a shade about 3 years ago, and contacted the folks at Budget Blinds. I took the shade in and they fixed it at no cost. Summer-time home renovation project resulted in the need for 5 new window shades (top down, bottom up). Cory, from Budget Blinds, made two visits to our home, with samples, trying to match the shades from the previous and 9-year old purchase. Found samples that came very close and purchased the shades. Cory kept us informed of the order processing and shipping (about 2 weeks), and on the day that they arrived at the Eagle storefront, he called and came out personally to install them. Very professional service. Highly recommended.

The owner and a rep came to the house and took measurements. From that point on and about 8 weeks later I finally got a partial installation. I kept having to call them, you would have thought that since they screwed up the first time they would be good enough to keep me posted on the second go around but they didn't. The first call I made to them after their screw up was from me asking when the new shutters would be ready and after two weeks had past, they said it was decided to re-order them. Why it took two weeks to decide this when six of the shutters were done wrong in the first place was ridiculous. When they did finally call me about a time and date, they called back and asked me,( you know, the one who has been waiting forever), to change the date and time because they double booked the installer. What a joke.
The only good thing was the installer, he was on time, very nice and fairly quick.
Finally the wood blinds are very thin. Run from using this company, it's not worth the aggravation.
