We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and were able to get Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out with no issues. Tom D was quick to get here, in horrible cold weather & slick roads, and was beyond professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, advised us of our choices and quickly got the repairs handled. Tom was delightful to work with, was very personable and awesome from start to finish. We'll definitely use this company again fir our next plumbing need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
