Alan did a fantastic job. Not only was the work great quality, but he was prompt, inexpensive, flexible, and easy to work with. In addition, he recommended practical solutions and the basement was a huge selling point when we sold the house. He pointed out that we probably needed a light in the stairway because it would be dark when it was finished. He was absolutely right and probably saved us a couple of hundred dollars putting it in later.

I called and got the voice mail at 8 am. I receieved a call back within 15-20 minutes. He was here within another 20 minutes. I explained the problem, he checked the outlets then looked downstairs where he found the simple problem. He showed me the problem and fixed it. I have an older home so the wiring is older. He did not try to tell me the wiring was out of code or try and sell me anything I didn't need. I couldn't be more happy with the overall experience.

I needed a lot of clean power for my computers. Alan Swanson performed a quick clean installation exactly as expected. Alan has done electrical work for me and my siblings for 30 years. He's a brilliant electrician and won't talk your ears off.
