It took them 2 minutes to fix a small plastic part on my faucet, and they charged $90 for that. They didn't warn me about the cost ahead of time or discuss the problem ahead of time over the phone. I feel that price was outrageous.

They don't really give you a true breakdown of the parts and labor. The parts cost is way over inflated then they don't charge you for all the costs to make you feel like you got a good deal. We had a wiring pigtail replaced they said the cost was $530. I looked into it and the true price isn't close to that.

I've used Access Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. are expensive and try to sell you new heating unit and a new air conditioning unit, when you don't need it yet. They did the job, but I wasn't happy with them. All they did was put some freon in it. I didn't think putting some freon in my air conditioning unit was $400.00. They were very pushy with selling. Other than that, it seemed like they knew what they were doing.

Our builder put the cheapest of high end products in our home so they are all failing. Our furnace mother board went out two years ago and that was a couple thousand dollars. We have a contract with Access Heating and Air Conditioning to take care of our furnace and air conditioner. They are very good. They are very prompt. I will continue to use them.

James arrived on time same day as promised and was both friendly and professional. As new residents, it was good to know he had helped the previous owner also and that he will be the one who performs maintenance in the future for us. Luckily this company realizes the importance of a personal relationship with their clients.

Our AC went out on a very hot Sunday. Monday morning I called Access. They said they could have someone out within a couple of hours, and two hours later the technician called and said he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes, got the necessary parts from his truck, and had everything repaired and running in less than an hour. When it was in the mid-90's outside and mid-80's inside, it was wonderful to have such prompt service! As far as prices, I have no idea what's a good price for a voltage contactor or a voltage protection capacitor, which is what our unit had to have replaced. The service call fee was very reasonable. I was very pleased with Access.

They were pretty fast and good. Their prices are good. I didn't have any complaints. They were very quick to respond, and here right when they said they would be.

Jeff answered inital questions over phone and was easy to work with on site. Described problems and also went over findings with home inspector. Provided a work completed memo for owner. Everyone was great that I talked with at Acess Heating.
