She was great. She landed us a short sale on a home that had a $1.6 million mortgage on it. She got me a price of $590,000 on it. She was really good and she works miracles. She had snow removal done because we were in California and she had a cleaning lady come in before we moved in. She is wonderful. She knows the town. Her family has been here for 100 years. She knows everybody and everything and every service. She is very helpful.
