I’ve engaged in numerous transactions selling, purchasing and renting properties over the past 25 years. My most recent transaction with Phil Yribar as my selling agent was by far the worst experience that I’ve ever encountered. Phil Yribar of McCall Real Estate is forgetful, uncomfortable with current technology and loses his composure very easily. Bottom-line, he treated me and my wife unprofessionally from the very beginning. I DO NOT recommend Phil Yribar and I encourage you to go elsewhere for your real estate needs.
