 + -1 moreHandled like a true professional. As frustrated as it was dealing with a broken brand new snow thrower, Kelly at Heady's Power Equipment, with Simplicity, took care of the issue almost over night.
Description of Work: It was determined that the weld on my SIGNATURE PRO PROFESSIONAL DUTY P1728E was indeed suspicious. Briggs & Stratton (aka Simplicity) , as well as my local dealer, Heady's in McCall, handled it like the true professionals!! They acknowledged the issue and rectified it ASAP. As frustrated as it was I am glad that I purchased a Simplicity and look forward to many years with my replacement unit. Thanks Jim and Kelly!!
