The water heater failed in our 2nd home in McCall, ID. Luckily, we discovered the leak only a few days after it started, but not before the water had worked its way into several rooms of the first floor. Some friends recommended CTR, our insurance company agreed with the choice; and we are forever grateful for that. CTR got on the job immediately and in a few minutes Shawn, the area manager arrived and introduced our project manager Doug, who coordinated the entire project. There were so many sub-contractors moving in and out to tear out, dry, and rebuild, that we felt truly fortunate to have Doug coordinating with the insurance company and overseeing the work to it's conclusion. We felt that CTR was genuinely concerned with getting the best possible outcome for us and we are very happy with the result. They exhibited a great deal of professionalism, an eye to quality, and some absolutely critical good humor at a time when it was sorely needed.
