The appraiser visited the property on the 16th of the month and did not produce a report until the 8th of the following month. The lender tried to contact 22 times via email and phone calls with no response until 4 days before the report was delivered and 3 of those days were over a holiday weekend. 3 weeks for a report and contact ignored is unreasonable and unprofessional. If given a choice I would never use this person again.
