Unfortunately my computer repair wasn't complete and I lost some valuable data. I tried working it out. The shop clerk was extremely rude,and unhelpful. He blamed it on me, instead of trying to find a reasonable solution. Instead, I took the computer to another repair shop. They found even more viruses, malware and recovered my data. There's an overall lack of integrity with Turnkey. The customer is always right-with Turnkey that is not the case. Trust someone else to fix your computer!
