Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Botched everything from tile floor layout, to most importantly the mud pan for the shower. The wall he framed was not square. He did not follow crucial steps in pouring the floor pan. The floor drain was installed incorrectly. He was dismissed half way through the job, and all of his work had to be removed and re-done by a another contractor. Costing considerably more than if it were done right the first time.
