Nice people to start with. Did party of the job then disappeared and after eight months never did the rest and won’t return communication. They gave me every excuse in the book and “we will be there next week for EIGHT MONTHS. Now I’m stuck with no irrigation water going into summer because of them not showing up it will be end of summer before anyone else can come. They really left me in a bind.

Installation was fast, almost too fast because some sprinkler heads were not set right in the ground and cannot be adjusted properly. Some are too high and some are too low. We paid immediately upon completion with the assurance if anything needed to be adjusted or corrected just give him a call. He assured us we would have a six month warranty on all the work that was done. Since the installation, we have noticed several problems with the sprinkler system. We called several times for Dennis Maurer, the owner, to come out and correct the problems. It has been almost two months now and we still have not heard a word from him even after repeated calls by us and a friend who knows Dennis Maurer. Very horrible service! I am about to call another sprinkler company to address the issues and send the billing to Lewiston Sprinkler. Be aware, do not use this company for your sprinkler needs.

Totally well trained and professional personnel smoothly bring an older system back to life. These guys know what they are doing.

They did a great job. they were very careful and explained everything prior to the service being done. AND a very respectful crew.. SO much so that I did inform the owner how much I appreciated their professionalism and the work they did!

They installed the system in 2006 or 2007. But they come out twice a year to turn them on in the spring and off in the fall. I've had continuing contract with them until up to 2-3 weeks ago. They turn the water on for the system, run the system and check all the outlets to make sure they are working right. They check to make sure all the sprinklers are in tact and nothing was run over by the lawn mower or something. They check all the pipes to make sure nothing burst in the winter. They make sure everything is aimed right. In the fall, it's the opposite. They blow all the water out of the lines and make sure everything is winterized and hopefully nothing breaks. They shut everything down. They are really good about making sure they call us every year to make sure we need service. They will let us know what day they are going to be in the neighborhood and make sure it works with our schedule so we can give them access to the garage. They are really easy to work with. Pricing they are competitive. They are above average.
