The customer service over the phone was not too bad but the installer that came to the house was extremely rude very poor professionalism and actually left with our satellite dish loose so we had to call another company to come repair the other company said that they’re used to going behind Custom satellite and fixing their problems

initial installation was two days late. Installer had a bad day & not a very pleasant attitude about the job.
6months after installation started having service disruptions called to have serviced. Original installer came and made some ajustments, 5 mins after he left we had signal loss again. Tried to contact him directly about the problem got only his voicemail and then I contacted the main office to report the problem again the customer service level was very poor and didn't communicate a sense of any care or concern about the service problem. Expected the service tech back that day or the next, neither has happened, no follow up at all. Terrible customer service and a discredit to the Dish network for this providers lack of professionalism
