BUTTONS & BOBBINS SEWING SHOP

I had taken my wedding dress into kim the owner of buttons and bobbins. Lewiston, Idaho. everytime I came in there I was always rushed. I was charged everytime I walked into her shop to try my dress on. when my family was always the ones to lace up my dress. one day when I went to go and try my dress on. I found a huge stain on the back.  she does have cats and dogs and the one big stain on the back is yellow and smells like urine. I don't have any animals that are inside my house so I know it happened at buttons and bobbins.  I had let her know that the stain was there and she said she would try and get it out. well it never came out. so i'm guessing she never actually tried. the bottom of my chiffon on my dress is puckered and there is also skip stitching. the bottom is also very uneven. everytime I went to go and try on my dress she never really gave me the chance to fully look at it. she was always rushing me out.  my wedding is a week away. I just did my final try on before the wedding. it has been in a davids bridal protectant bag; ever since I have purchased it. I am now finding a lot more stains, snags in the chiffon.   I called her to try and see what happened. and to let her know about the poor job she had done. she told me there is nothing she will do for me.i will never recommend her to anyone. she has very poor business ethics.  I have also taken my wedding dress to one other seamstress; who is now fixing all the  puckered and skipped stitching.
