AAA Tree Service

Malcolm and his family/crew were very accommodating and easy to work with. Calls sometimes took a bit to hear back from but this is a fantastic company who I have already referred to others. Nothing but quality work and fair prices.

AAA Tree Service arrived at the house and seemed to be professional, and organized. They worked quickly, and got a lot done the first day. We were initially impressed, and shared that with a number of people. A few days later, they returned, and again worked quickly. I asked for a couple of large dead trees to be removed, and they informed me that those trees were just dormant, and ready to "do their thing" assuring me the trees would have gorgeous blooms soon. Almost three months later, the dead-looking trees still appear to be dead. 
The crew left on the second day, about halfway through the job. During the initial quote, we were told they would do a walk-through with us at the end of the job so we could make adjustments, and request additional services. The crew left on the second day without saying a word, and we have not heard from them since, other than receiving the full bill. 
We have called them every single week since then, and never got one call back. We get the answering service each time. We will not be rendering payment, and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, as well as warning everyone we know. If they would just come finish the job, we would be willing to pay them. At this point, we have to call upon another service to come complete the job, and clean up the mess they left. 
Additionally, their equipment and vehicles left enormous oil puddles on our sidewalks, driveway, and street in front of our house. The equipment they used in our back yard left huge trenches in our lawn, approximately 6 feet long, and 6 inches deep. These tracks were left in several places. Our lawn is destroyed.
Our final bone of contention was that AAA Tree Service left two gates to our back yard open when they concluded for the day. Our back yard faces the busiest road in our neighborhood. All three of our dogs got out of the yard. We were at work at the time, so thank goodness my neighbors rounded our dogs up, and closed the gates for us.
AAA Tree Service talks a good game. They initially appear to be professional. Buyer BEWARE! You are better off paying a little extra, or waiting for another service to be available, rather than have your yard torn apart, oil spills on your property, your pets put in harm's way, and a job half-done...only to receive the bill in full.

Did not have tree trimmed. Unexpected expense came up. My A/C went out.

This was the only time I used them. I had a good experience with them. For a big job, I would use them again.
