No Bogus Heating And Cooling LLC

We hired No Bogus Heating and cooling to install a replacement HVAC system. Their work was excellent, on and on Budget. Josh and Chris were on time and very professional. We are very happy with the work they performed, and will use them in the future should the need arise.

No Bogus might be the best contractor/service company in Treasure Valley, in any category. I called at 930pm with an emergency situation and Richard was at my place and in the attic within an hour. He diagnosed our situation very thoroughly and very clearly, explained our options and let me make a decision without pressure. Once we opted to have equipment replaced, he got right on ordering and scheduled our install and followup, and he and Josh (his co-owner) came out ON TIME every appointment to get the work done. If you've had any service work done you know how big of a deal it is to not have a 4 hour window but an actual arrival time, and for them to come when they say they will. Throughout the process communication was very clear, they each invited me to view their progress and explain what they were doing each step of the way. At the end of the day, there is nobody else I would ever trust with my HVAC needs. True professionals.

These guys are awesome. They are totally nerdy about HVAC and I love that they really tell me and actually know what's going on. I own a commercial building and have 4 HVAC units (all in different stages of disrepair) and not-a-one did I have to replace because they FIXED THEM ALL. They have already saved me thousands of dollars and they're also cool and easy to be around which is an added bonus. Highly recommend this local business!

I highly recommend No Bogus! They came out on a Saturday night to help us see if our turtle was in our vents. They were professional and went above and beyond to try and find our turtle. I will be using them for anything related to heating and cooling, and recommend everyone does the same. You can’t go wrong with No Bogus!

Our heater stopped working on Christmas Day, and we reached out to No Bogus for help. Richard answered the call, and after a couple troubleshooting ideas, we were back up and running for the evening. Since we weren’t sure of the extent of the trouble, Richard offered to come out the next day to run through our system and see what was going on. He and Josh arrived at 9 am the next day, checked everything, made some adjustments, and then recommended some simple items to keep our already 12 year old furnace running for longer. I have no doubt a lesser quality company would have pushed for us to replace the system to make as much money off of us as possible. Richard and Josh were honest, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. I wouldn’t consider calling any other company in the future. No Bogus is the best!
