First- their service was not great. We had to have them come out several times for the same issues and other times they would come out when we asked them not to. Second- they charged me fees that they had said on more than one occasion they would waive. They even sent my account to collections after the 5th or so time saying they would waive the fee, which was years after I had service with them! Save yourself the headache and find someone more professional.

Overall my experience with this company has been great. He showed up on time, took the time to explain what he was going to do and assured me product was safe for kids and pets. He even wore protective shoe booties when he came inside. I have already recomended Alpha Home Pest Control to neighbors and friends.
Description of Work
Sprayed my house (inside and outside) for insects, rodents, spiders, wasps. Even treated for voles in the backyard. Treated inside of garage, set up bait stations, set up bait stations outside also. Granulated around property Swept away cob webs and knocked down a few wasps nests. Sprayed along fence line and bushes too.

I am very happy with my service from Scott at Alpha. The bugs and wasps were gone within a few days and I havent seen much gopher activity yet. I would recommend him to anyone!!
Description of Work
This summer my home got hit hard with bugs, wasps and gophers in the front yard. I knew I needed a professional with how quickly it got out of control. Scott was able to service my house the same day I called, which was very appreciated! He showed up within the time frame given and talked with me a little more about my concerns and bug issue. He spray inside my house for the first visit and outside around the foundation, windows and doors and eves. Scott took care of all the wasps nests that were clustered around the porch lights and eves and found a huge nest in a tree which he took care of. Brushed down spider webs, and put a granular stuff in the grass. As for the gophers, they had wrecked my yard pretty good within a few days. Scott had a special gopher tool he used to put bait down with.

Excellent. Spread systemic very thoroughly as well as controlled spray to defeat insects around entire perimeter of exterior, including walls (as well as crawlspace vents) and yard. Used natural products whenever possible. Earwigs are currently the swarming insect - none present. Always very cautious to avoid pet and edible garden areas. Gopher problem was checked for baseline condition. Removed spider webs from entire perimeter soffits upto 20 feet height. Checked for ants, and other common pests. No current interior issues.
Description of Work
Original contract and service provided for all interior and outside pest control. Quarterly service price listed above includes revisits for treatment as needed. For clarity, annual cost would be 4x above price.
