"NOTE: I was contacted by customer for a cabling issue that did not exist....when I arrived at site, I saw that at least one of the Customers computers were infected with a Ransom Virus that had been on there for several months to a year or more. There is no way to unencrypt or recover the data at that point and indicated this to customer who was acting very strange and appears oblivious to reality I formatted and recovered one machine back to factory as directed by customer, and resolved their WiFi issues that were being caused by their ISP and the customers mess of mismatched incorrectly configured access points throughout the network."

There was some miscommunication on both side that?s why 2.5 or it Would of been lower. I was able to figure the problem out my self. After hours of work. Just by googling it and he never came back to fix the main issue I hired out for.

"This customer was untruthful about the nature of the project just as he was about the review. Skylar had an ungrounded car stereo installed in his bathroom shower and wanted me to connect it. I discussed his needs with him and explained to him what the correct equipment was for the application and spent hours selecting the right equipment for him and even assisted him in ordering it, none of which I charged for. Upon receiving the equipment, I connected and installed everything in addition to rewiring his entire home theater in his living room in addition to dozens of other unrelated tasks. He was thrilled with the results and the fact that"

He fixed my printer quickly. He also connected my tablet to it. I might use him again because he was a nice guy and he did his job. However, he did show up 15 minutes late and I thought he was on the expensive side.
