I'm in the middle of a big landscaping project and I was in a tight spot and needed a retaining wall built as soon as possible. Lucas stepped up and got it completed on time and it looks great! I scheduled for him to come back out and do a lot of sprinkler work in the backyard. Life got busy but luckily Lucas touched base with me to confirm the project. He came at our appointed day and got the sprinklers done. Very reasonable with pricing and did not nickel and dime me. Stayed absolutely true to his quote.

Lucas was very responsive and professional. He completed the replacement of my sprinkler supply and drain ball valves in 24hrs. He verified all functionality. The price was the cheapest of 3 bids by a few hundred $$. Would definitely contact for future sprinkler repair.

So, finally finished with the shop, less exterior paint. We want to make sure that everyone is aware of 208 Irrigation And Landscaping, LLC and Brandon Lee and not in a good way. These guys are horrific in business, building construction, and all around professionalism. A 2 month project took over 5 months to complete, and that was just the shell of the building! They lied about delivery schedule time and time again. When they would actually work, it was 2, maybe 3 days a week for 2-3 hours at a time. Not a single piece on the building is square, they had the nerve to take a chainsaw to the window frames to try and make them flush. They destroyed our 2 year old lawn curbing and were going to pay to replace the curbing they ruined, never did. We had to re-nail and re-caulk the entire shop due to it coming off the building. They punctured my sprinkler system under the concrete floor and blew me off when I asked them to fix it. They also took credit for finishing the inside of the shop, insulation, walls, and epoxy, which they had nothing to do with, and posted it all over FB. These guys have no business EVER BUILDING another building! The amount of things that myself, my boys, family and friends have had to fix and make correct to make this building right is insane! STEER COMPLETELY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

I had a problem with one of my sprinkler zones not shutting off. I contacted 208 and the owner,Lucas, came over that evening and investigated. He quickly identified the issue and clearly explained what the problem was. I had other issues with the system and Lucas said he would repair everything. We agreed on a fair price and Lucas did a great job repairing and adjusting everything, even adjusting the sprinkler clock. I will definitely use 208 in the future.
