"This one is just not true. It poured rain when this house was dried in and a few drips got in. This house has had substantial water damage from a long overdue roof to be installed. I responded immediately with one of my best foreman and we took care of the issue. Absolutely no new damage occurred. This was a very steep roof with sixteen skylights if I remember correctly and it was fifty feet from the eave to the ridge. A very large and steep circular roof system. We did an awesome job and had some extras that he agreed to pay at the time of performing the extras. When I gave him a very reasonable extra bill he refused to pay it in the end."
"First of all we installed a TPO membrane commercial flat roof for this man. High winds blew a wall cap off and I came back and fixed it for free. This man showed up with a coffee cup full of wine every morning drunk. He was very difficult to work with. Wish the 4,000. good customers we have had posted here. Building was leaking in areas that we didn't roof and he got very angry because I wouldn't fix his window and the roof leak that we had nothing to do with on another part of the building. He was so angry I was afraid to turn my back on him in the basement."
We hired them to do the remodel based on the high quality of the work they did in re-roofing the house. Great roofers ... terrible at the other aspects.
"This customer was nice and easy to deal with but didn't understand the difficulty of putting a tile floor on an existing substrate that was nowhere near flat. There were big high spots from the floor joist not being straight. This house is poorly constructed and we explained what was going on with the floor and I think we did a very nice job considering the floor system being up and down and having random high spots. We have done over four thousand jobs and this is the only sight I have seen negative feedback. Considering the painting, I told the customer that they needed a lot of repair and new texture but did not want to put the work into the walls that they needed. Paint wont fix that beat up walls. They also wanted to paint their old kitchen cabinets against my recommendations. We used automotive paint to give it a tough surface. They look as good as they can possibly look for old beat up wood cabinets. The customer also added a whole bathroom remodel in the middle of our job. We finished, got paid and I heard nothing else until I seen this. I hold myself to a very high standard of quality but I do what my client tells me to."
"So, with all due respect. If we did an excellent job then why did we get a B on this one instead of an A. I know our work is top of the line, professional, prompt and affordable. We have done over 4,000. jobs here in the Magic Valley."
