Karen Hulstrom is phenomenal! We drove eight hours to come see the property and she cleared her schedule for us. Not only did she show us the property that we drove up there to see, but as well as other properties that were not listed with her. Karen did the best disclosure on that property that I have ever seen a real estate person do. We opened escrow on September 7th and are still currently in escrow. The disclosure and honesty that she shared about the home was just above and beyond. Everything that was found in the home inspection was already advised to us by Karen in the disclosure. She made us feel like family. She is absolutely professional and honest.
