Lawn Irrigation
He kept asking for money down to pay for different things but he never got the items to do the work. He told me to get the job completely done it would be $1600 and then when the job was not done he asked for another $1600. He even brought his girlfriend and kids to help him work and he would leave and have them continue to work.
