He was great. he'd actually done this before and was able to quote me over the phone. He came out the next day and was able to match the color to his samples that he had. He said he would be back the next day in the evening to replace it, but when I got home that evening it was all done he had come and taken care of it. I called him to thank him and ask him how to get the payment to him he actually ended up charging me less than his quote and we'll be coming by in the next day or two to pick up the check.

Considering the poor customer service, late or no call backs, I often encounter in Idaho Falls, this company was EXCEPTIONAL! He not only returned my message very quickly, but really made an impression as he fit us in, coming over after hours and followed up with communication very well.
His prices were honest (I did my own follow up on the window pricing), as in comparison to the other window contractor (who jacked the same price up over 1/3!
His work was excellent and timely, but topped off with his exceptional communication and customer service!

Things I Appreciate:
Troy was here when he said he will be here. If it was 8:30, 12:00, or whenever, he was very respectful of my time.
Whenever I would see him he would show me what he had gotten done and explain to me what the next steps were. I did a few small things myself and he was fantastic at giving advice and letting me know when I had to be done by. I always knew what he expected of me and what I should expect from him.
I am not a siding expert, but the day after the 69+ MPH he inspected his work to make sure it was done correctly. Not a single piece had come off or loose.
Very respectful of my request to smoke away from the home as my daughter is allergic. He appreciated that we talked about it at the first, very professional in my opinion.
This is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with in remodeling my house. If you can get on his schedule he is worth every penny. I wish I would have met him sooner so I could have purchased all my windows from him instead of the box store.

I contacted Troy on a Friday afternoon to tell him about my fallen siding. He came later that day to check it out and tell me he'd try to find a similar piece to replace it (he knew the original company did not exist anymore from recognizing their siding). He said he'd need a couple days to find some replacement siding so the colors match as much as possible. Two weeks later he confirmed he had found some replacement siding and we set an appointment for the following Saturday (I was away for a week so I didn't bother checking earlier as I knew he was on the job). Troy came as convened and he did the re-siding of that missing piece in a record time. The work was done quickly and properly. And overall clean and efficient job.

We had such a great experience with Weaver Siding in 2010, we chose to go with them again without hesitation when it came to the siding on my mothers ugly brown house. The home, while nice inside, was dark brown and red brick and was often referred to as the neighborhood "crack-house". Troy was asked to side the house with a light-colored gray siding and trim the windows and doors on white, with gray material in the soffits and eaves and trimmed in white. Again, the services provided were professional and meticulous. When finished, the house looked new and brighter.

We added approximately 1200 sq.ft. to our existing house and needed siding for the new construction that blended well with the existing beige brick. The new siding (eaves) had to coexist with our vinyl roof. We also wanted clean lines and good insulation. Troy gave us an estimate of top-quality siding with foam backing at one of the best prices in town. His crew worked through the cold and snow of February to not only get the job done but to also get the job done right. Troy spent several hours making sure the corners and seams were perfect. Through the cold, snow, and ice Troy and his crew worked without complaint, were always on time and did not leave the job until it was not only finished in Troy's mind, but also on ours! We had to like it or he simply wasn't finished.

I had Troy back the following year to install seamless gutters along the roof lines and again, could not be happier. The attention to detail and commitment of excellence is above reproach.

I would highly recommend Troy to anyone considering siding on new homes, remodeling of homes, or just cleaning up old doors and windows with new wraps. You will not be disappointed with the finished look!

Troy is very quick to respond to phone calls. He is there when he says he will be. They put in such long days working on our home in the July heat. They were here early every morning and stayed until 6 or later sometimes. I've never seen such hard working guys. The transformation of our home is nothing short of miraculous. He specializes in existing homes and he does an excellent job. They changed out our five front windows in an afternoon. They always clean up each night. You can't go wrong hiring Troy Weaver. I'm lucky I stumbled onto him for this job. I couldn't be happier. I plan to have him do more work on our remodel next spring. He is very trustworthy and hard working.
