WALL 2 WALL CARPETS

I love buying carpet at Wall 2 Wall. They are patient and willing to work with my budget. This is the fourth time I've purchased flooring from them. This time, I wanted to replace two light colored carpets that had been heavily stained during the course of raising two daughters. I picked out a carpet and Kent, our service provider, gave me a sample to take home. When I got home, I realized that I had made a poor choice and called back. Kent helped me make a new selection and even sent pictures on my cell phone so I could tell him exactly which one I wanted.
The day before our new carpet was to be installed, we discovered water damage under the old carpet pad and had to cancel and reschedule installation for a week in order to rectify the problem. I called Wall 2 Wall a mere 12 hours before our scheduled installation and they were warm, sympathetic, and helpful. They helped me reschedule and did not charge me a penny for the inconvenience. Kent called the day before to ensure that our repairs were complete.
The gentleman who put the carpet in was delightful and highly skilled. He prepped our floors and installed both carpets in less than three hours. The entire process was great.
