Unlimited Maintenance Service

Wade was supposed to do a sun room repair and has yet to contact us on the work. We paid for materials but have not gotten any work done.

To start off wade was nice enough to take my money and has yet to do any work on my deck. This was back in July. He refuses to contact us or update us. In short I was scammed. Beware is all I will say.

Not very dependable.

Wade is really organized, giving me confidence he knew what he was doing, with professional results. I have a "THIS OLD HOUSE" that's 70 plus years and expect to be calling him quite often. Sanding the deck with a nice heavy machine, ordered and got the stain we agreed on in a timely manner no waiting. He rebuilt a rotting step with new lumber, braces an such that were needed without making a hundred trips to the store. He eye balled an pulled boards on his first visit an seemed to knew exactly what he needed. "THUMBS UP"

Arrived on time as scheduled. Completed all work in a timely manner. Was courteous and friendly. Will be using again in the spring for deck work. Highly recommend.

Wade sounded like he was trust worthy. Unfortunately I was not home at the time this work was done so i was not able to see exactly what he did.What i liked was the fact that he did it so soon and priced seemed more than fair. I am hoping it was done properly and would probably use him for other projects in the future that I have planned

First, and foremost, Wade provided fantastic customer service, was there too for any detail I wanted to ask about, on several small projects around our home. The projects include painting 2 sets of wooden stairs, one outside that needed extensive sanding, as well as ordering and installing a hand rail on the front porch, plus a couple small items for us. It is rare to find this level of service and quality work. Unlimited Maintenance Services has our unending appreciation.
