I have used Sunshine Chem Dry for over 10 years and absolutely love them! They are always prompt, they charge a reasonable price and my carpets always look so clean and nice when they are finished.

Everything went as expected - no surprises. It only took a couple of hours and then about 24 hours to dry. We'd had the carpet cleaned a couple of months previously and were satisfied. (They were very honest about the fact cat urine was tough). But as soon as the deodorizer wore off the cats went back to the same spot. Sunshine replaced about five feet of the pad and so far we have had no more problems.

Mr Johnson had called a few days before the appointment and explaned what needed to be done so the cleaning would go quickly and economically as possible. He arrived on time and with a smile. After measuring the area he sprayed spots on the carpet then vacuumed the area completely more that once.

The job was completed quickly and it did dry faster than other cleanings we have had.
One things that impressed me was when he spent time going over the care rules needed until the carpet was dry then left us with a 8 1/2 X 11 waterproof sheet containing the care rules. This made it a successful event.
