Seven years later we are still having problems with water and water pressure. Skidmore points fingers everywhere else and will not do anything to rectify this situation. They continue to sell lots even though they have not addressed water issues with existing homes. The lots were advertised as irrigation for 1/2 acre. To accommodate poor water system design, they have invoked draconian water restrictions. Skidmore claims compliance to Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, yet looking at DEQ they regulate potable water and say nothing about irrigation. So Skidmore sells lots with 1/2 acre irrigation, yet invoke DEQ requirements that do not mention irrigation.
If you are having someone manage construction, is this type of management how you would like your construction project managed? Do you want someone that solves problems, or someone looking for excuses why the problem is not his problem?
We purchased this home and have been very pleased through the years with our home.
