Excellent. At first, the fixture had a manufacturer's short in the fixture. The electrician took it back to the shop and the same day within hours, returned and hung it at no added charge. Saved me trying to return for a replacement and the added hassle, plus my time.

First let me say that dealing with Scott Lind was a truly great! I would highly recommend him for ANYONE that needs electrical work done. I called Scott to come out and give me an estimate to run an electrical line from my garage outside to my shed. I also asked him to give me an estimate to run some HDMI cables through my wall for my TV entertainment system. He showed up promptly and offered several suggestions that I had never thought of which saved me literally thousands of dollars. He gave me an estimate which was ALOT lower than the other people that I had called. Scott and his assistant spent a half a day completing the job. They did an OUTSTANDING job and took the time to clean up all the wrappers and odds and ends from their job and even took the time to patch up my wall where they cut into to run the HDMI cable. I am very particular when it comes to how things and quot;lookand quot; and Scotts work put my mind at ease. He was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and when he left he did an outstanding job! I am definitely going to be calling him back to put in some recessed lights in my house.

Furnace would not kick on because of an electrical problem. Scott was on his way out of town but had another electrician who was taking his calls. Charles came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem, found the most cost effective replacement part, returned and finished within about 1/2 hour. He was very professional and effecient. Later in the week Scott followed up with us. We were very pleased with both the promptness, price and quality servcie. Absolutely would use Scott Lind again!!!

I called Scott Lind on Friday, Sept. 7 at around 2:30pm to signal I had an electrical problem and my lights wouldn't switch on. He sais he could come check it out at around 5:30pm that same day. At 5:30pm he was at my front door. I took him to the bathroom and then he checked the electrical panel, checked that power outlet that he found defective and fixed it. During the whole process he explained to me what he was doing, and showed me what the multimeter would read. So I could exactly follow what he was doing.
The service was fast. Scott answered his phone the first time I called him and he managed to come the same day so it was very responsive. He showed great professionalism, letting me know exactly what was going on and showing me everything he was doing.
Overall the service was fast, efficient, friendly and at a good value. I'm extremely happy with how it went, especially after calling other company that wanted to charge me just to come check around. I definitely have Scott at the top of my preferred list for all my future electrical work!
