 + -1 moreI took my laptop in with some problems and after hearing about my issues, Ben was already sure it was a hard drive issue. He tested it to be sure and then replaced it with a new hard drive. He was very timely - i had my computer back the next day. He was also very helpful in getting some specific data tranferred to my new hard drive and helping me with a couple other small issues on the phone for no extra charge. I was very impressed overall with the service I received and I would highly recommend them!
