Services we offer

We believe in maximizing your return and not nickel and diming you with extra "fees" all over the place. We charge a simple flat rate and don't charge extra to do things like actually look at your property (which some people do). We show all of our properties to prospective tenants in person which sets us apart from most other companies in our area. This protects your property and allows us to answer questions. We handle all aspects of managing your property and pass on maintenance costs at net.

We lived in the apartment for 3 years and during that time we had 2 issues with the apartment, the water heater wasn't working properly and the garbage disposal broke.  They never sent anyone out to have either of these things looked at after multiple requests to have the repairs done.  We got a notice after we'd already turned in our keys that had a "white glove" cleaning checklist in it.  It took 60 days to get our deposit back - state law states they had 30 days.  We barely got any of our deposit back and they tacked on another $350 additional carpet cleaning fee after we already had the carpets professionally cleaned and given them the receipt.  Bottom line, everyone at the office is very nice and friendly, but don't even bother cleaning the place when you move, you won't get your deposit back anyways.
