 + -1 moreWe lived in the apartment for 3 years and during that time we had 2 issues with the apartment, the water heater wasn't working properly and the garbage disposal broke. They never sent anyone out to have either of these things looked at after multiple requests to have the repairs done. We got a notice after we'd already turned in our keys that had a "white glove" cleaning checklist in it. It took 60 days to get our deposit back - state law states they had 30 days. We barely got any of our deposit back and they tacked on another $350 additional carpet cleaning fee after we already had the carpets professionally cleaned and given them the receipt. Bottom line, everyone at the office is very nice and friendly, but don't even bother cleaning the place when you move, you won't get your deposit back anyways.
Description of Work: They managed the apartment complex that I lived in. They were the ones that collected the rent and were supposed to take care of any issues with the apartment.
