They came and evaluated the job and set up immediately. The whole process took a week. They were professional, called before they came, and never once through the process did they treat us just as customers. They cared about how we were doing.

We had problems that the management solved after we complained. They finished the work quickly and to our satisfaction. Honored the prices we original were quoted.

Josh our project director was very helpful. Paul Davis made our property available when needed and delivered promptly when we moved in. We would hire them again in a heart beat.

It went incredibly good. They kept us up to date at least twice a day. They always had someone coming out to check on the progress of the work. It was wonderful, and we couldn't be happier with how they kept us informed on everything that was happening. It all looks perfect! You can't tell where they ripped the sheetrock out of the ceiling and replaced it. They repainted everything well, and cleaned up. Another nice thing the crew did was pass out business cards as they came in, so that we knew who was working.

They came as soon as I called. They evaluated the damage and got right to work on the project. They ripped out the floor and brought fans in to dry up the moisture. They kept in touch with me the whole way so I knew what was going on and what to expect next. They were very professional. When the guy called me about getting the trim from around the floor repainted and put back on, I mentioned that the previous owner had painted around the toilet tank and I needed to paint that spot behinds the tank before they put the toilet back in. He said he would paint it for me. Not a big deal but it was one less thing I had to worry about! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Representative called at our home and did some testing and then provided a bid/estimate. We authorized the work and it progressed very smoothly. The work was completed under the estimated price and we are very happy with the service. They even provided a small service that was not on their bid at no cost.

My husband and I noticed part of our wall was wet. Very wet. And upon looking closely, we noticed not just the wall was wet, but the wood around our fireplace was splitting apart and soggy as well. We called our insurance company and they told us to pick someone in our area to come assess the situation. Never having dealt with anything like this, we called Paul Davis (only having seen a commercial here and there on TV to even know about them). I spoke with a nice woman who took the little information I had to provide, and promised me someone would call me back soon. Thinking 'soon' meant the next day, I was more than a little surprised when I received a call from Josh in less than 20 minutes. He said he'd be at my house within a half hour to see the situation. He was true to his word and quickly realized we had a leaking pipe, extensive water damage to our living and laundry rooms, and (of course) mold in our walls. He made a few quick calls and that very same day we had men ripping out the damaged walls and spraying the mold with something safe enough for us to breathe but destroys mold on contact. They set up fans to dry out the framework, and put plastic sheets up to help keep my kids from going in the new work zone. In the week following, they had people come out and have repaired or replaced every damaged bit from our rooms and they look better than they ever did before. We are extremely happy with our choice and will never pick anyone else for this kind of job.

My experience with Paul was good. He does a lot of different kinds of work. I have never heard anything bad about him. If I did need work done again, I would call him. He did the work more into the summer because we had to get a ton of snow off the front deck. My insurance covered it so I really don't know what it cost. I think it was a couple of thousands for him to put up the new piece of equipment. He put it up so it will not come down again. I couldn't get out of the house through the front door. They had to get the snow off the deck so they could work and they threw it out in the yard so that the sun could melt it. They had to move it off the porch quite a way out into the front of the yard for the sun to hit it. They had to move it quite a bit to be able to start working. He was definitely able to take care of that.

The project has been ongoing since May and is not done. There are still things that need to be repaired that haven't been done. The initial consult was great and sounded like they were going to treat us like kings and queens, in the end it was like they were treating us like the court jester and pheasants. One of the painters had come in and tipped my treatment machine for sleep apnea and it had to be repaired. The owner refused to pay for the repairs. There are doors that have been hung wrong, a door that is coming off and one door that is not attached correctly. One of the doors fell and hit our young son, they came out several times to fix the door and it is still not attached correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone.
